1. About Elite A-Lister

Elite A-Lister Creator Network ("Elite A-Lister", "we", "us", or "our") is a TikTok LIVE creator network that provides creator management, coaching, campaign opportunities, training, and community services to TikTok LIVE creators. Our services are accessible at elite-a-lister.com, app.elite-a-lister.com, and calculator.elite-a-lister.com.

2. Eligibility

To use our services you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have a valid and active TikTok account in good standing
• Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Be approved by Elite A-Lister through our application process
• Provide accurate and truthful information during the application and onboarding process

3. Creator Network Membership

Application and Approval

Membership in the Elite A-Lister Creator Network is by application only. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion. Approval to join the network does not guarantee any specific level of earnings, diamond counts, or follower growth.

Creator Responsibilities

As a member of the Elite A-Lister network you agree to:

• Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and LIVE policies at all times
• Stream on TikTok LIVE in good faith and with genuine effort toward your agreed goals
• Communicate honestly with your assigned agent or manager
• Accurately report your diamond counts, streaming hours, and live day data
• Participate in network activities including campaigns and battles in good faith
• Maintain professional conduct within the network community including Discord
• Not engage in fraudulent gifting, artificial inflation of metrics, or any activity that violates TikTok's policies

Network Conduct

Members of the Elite A-Lister network are expected to treat all other creators, agents, managers, and staff with respect. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior will result in immediate removal from the network.

4. Diamond Goals and Milestone Rewards

Diamond goals are set by your assigned agent or manager in collaboration with you based on your current performance and growth potential. Goals are aspirational targets and not guarantees of earnings. Milestone reward payouts are subject to verification of performance data and are paid at the sole discretion of Elite A-Lister according to our current reward schedule.

5. Campaign Participation

Campaign opportunities are offered to eligible network members at Elite A-Lister's discretion. By accepting a campaign you agree to fulfill the campaign requirements as specified including minimum stream duration, content requirements, and deadline. Failure to complete an accepted campaign may affect your eligibility for future campaign opportunities.

6. Training and Educational Content

All training materials, videos, PDFs, and educational content provided through the Elite A-Lister platform are the intellectual property of Elite A-Lister or our licensed partners. You may access this content for your personal development as a creator. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share this content outside the network without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

The Elite A-Lister name, logo, branding, website design, platform design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Elite A-Lister. You may not use our branding, name, or materials without prior written consent except as a member in good standing identifying your network affiliation.

8. Termination of Membership

Either party may terminate network membership at any time. Elite A-Lister reserves the right to remove any creator from the network immediately and without prior notice for:

• Violation of TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Abusive or harassing conduct toward network members or staff
• Extended inactivity without communication
• Any conduct deemed detrimental to the network at our sole discretion

Upon termination your access to the creator platform will be revoked. Any pending milestone rewards will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Elite A-Lister's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any specific results will be achieved through use of our services. We are not responsible for any changes TikTok makes to its platform, policies, monetization systems, or LIVE features.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Elite A-Lister shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities arising from your use of our services or membership in our network.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite A-Lister, its founders, managers, agents, and staff from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party rights including TikTok's Terms of Service.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at elite-a-lister.com/privacy. By using our services you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active network members of material changes via email or platform announcement. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first and if necessary through binding arbitration.
